The Ocean Archive System searches our original datasets as they were submitted to us, not individual points or profiles. If you want to search and retrieve ocean profiles in a common format, or objectively analyzed fields, your better option may be to use one of our project applications. See: Access Data

| Title: | CONDUCTIVITY, FLUORESCENCE, Wind speed - east-west component (U), LONGWAVE RADIATION - REFLECTED and other underway - surface data collected in the North Pacific Ocean on the NEW HORIZON cruises NH0005 and NH0007 as part of the NEP project from 2000-05-28 to 2000-08-12 (NODC Accession 0113253) |
| Abstract: | NODC Accession 0113253 includes underway - surface, meteorological, biological, chemical and physical data collected aboard the NEW HORIZON during cruises NH0005 and NH0007 in the North Pacific Ocean from 2000-05-28 to 2000-08-12. These data include CONDUCTIVITY, FLUORESCENCE, Wind speed - east-west component (U), LONGWAVE RADIATION - REFLECTED, AIR TEMPERATURE, Wind speed - north-south component (V), SALINITY - SURFACE WATER, RELATIVE HUMIDITY, SHORTWAVE RADIATION - REFLECTED and SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include thermosalinographs. These data were collected by Hal Batchelder of Oregon State University as part of NEP. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NODC on 2013-09-24. The following is the text of the abstract provided by BCO-DMO: PI: H.
