Title: Hydrostatic pressure, temperature, conductivity, and salinity profiles collected from the R/V Tommy Munro (TM16-05) in the Gulf of Mexico from 2016-05-18 to 2016-05-19 (NCEI Accession 0242338)
Abstract: Eight conductivity, temperature and depth (CTD) casts made from the R/V Tommy Munro (TM:16-05) in the northern Gulf of Mexico, 2016-05-18 - 2016-05-19, in lease block GC248. The purpose of the cruise was to determine the hydrography in the area of GC248 in response to the Brutus rig discharge of approximately 88,000 gallons of crude into the Gulf of Mexico (2016-05-12). Data include profiles of pressure, temperature, conductivity, and salinity obtained with a SeaBird SBE19+ Seacat. Profiles are provided in hex and cnv format, accompanied by the original xmlcon file to enable export of derived variables.
