Data on phyto- and zooplankton for the INTAS 00-059 Project were prepared as two connected files for each data set. 

For zooplankton data file contains following fields:
SampleID - unique sample identifier field connecting data file with corresponding file;
Species - taxonomic name of species;
Stage -  life history or sex;
Count - number of specimens in sample;
N/m3 - abundance or concentration (number per cubic meter) in m-3;
B/m3 - biomass or concentration (wet weight per cubic meter) in mg/m-3;
AvSize - average length in mm;
AvSizeFlag - auxiliary field
AvWeight - average wet weight of specimens in mg
AvWeightFlag - auxiliary field

Corresponding file contains following fields:

SampleID - unique sample identifier, field connecting data file with corresponding file;

Ho - sampling time, hours
Min - sampling time, minutes
LatD - station latitude, degrees

Cells/l  - abundance or concentration (number per liter) in liter
