Source: Historical oceanographic data and climatologies in support of
the Deepwater Horizon oil spill event in the Gulf of Mexico (NODC
Accession 0064867)

data/0-data/WOA_WOD_1DEGREE contains data products primarily at 1-degree
resolution for zonal and meridional sections and maps of temperature,
salinity, density, dissolved oxygen.

data/0-data/WOA_WOD_QUARTERDEGREE contains data products at 1/4-degree
resolution for zonal and meridional sections and maps of temperature,
salinity, density, dissolved oxygen. The directory also comparison of
CTDs from R/V Brook McCall (May 2010) to climatology (WOA).

Data products and in situ oceanographic data collected as part of the
Deepwater Horizon Event in the Gulf of Mexico (May 2010). The
climatological fields detailed here are being released as an
experimental version to help with the tracking and understanding the
effects of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The fields have not been
fully quality controlled and may contain erroneous values. Further,
the CTD data from the R/V Brook McCall have not undergone rigorous
quality control.
