     Seasonal Cycles of Oceanographic variables around the wellhead

 [Please note that the climatological fields detailed here are
  being released as an experimental version to help with the tracking
  and understanding the effects of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. The
  fields have not been fully quality controlled and may contain
  erroneous values.]

 The climatological mean seasonal cycle of temperature, salinity, oxygen,
 and sigma-theta (potential density with respects to the surface) are
 given using a 1/4 degree extended depth climatology set. The seasonal
 cycle is represented at each standard depth by subtracting the
 monthly mean from the annual mean. An alternate seasonal cycle is
 also displayed, subtracting the monthly mean from each seasonal mean.

The files are comma separated value (csv) files of the form:
longitude, latitude, month (numerical, January=1), depth, value at
depth, value minus annual mean, value minus winter mean,
value minus spring mean, value minus summer mean, value minus fall mean.

The files are named as follows:

annual_cycle_[variable identifier]_DWH.dat (DWH=Deepwater Horizon).

variable identifier t=temperature (degC), s=salinity (PSS-78),
o=oxygen (ml/l), d0=sigma-theta (kg/m^3)
