Hi Jeremiah,

I'm in the process of archiving your data submission: FISH - CORAL REEF collected from Small Boats in Florida Keys Reef Tract from 2014-05-01 to 2014-10-01 (NCEI Accession 0156445).

There are a few things that I need to clear with you before the process goes any further.

1. There are extra sheets in the excel files in the Raw data directory.
- In the file: DRTO_2014_Fish_Samples the sheets are marked as either initial or corrected. Would it be ok to delete the ones marked Initial?
- Same question as above for the following files: rvc_boatlog_drto2014, FKeys2014_Samples, rvc_boatlog_fkeys2014.
- In the file named SEFCRI_Boatlog_100m_2014 there is a sheet marked correct. Is it ok to delete the sheet that is not marked correct?
- In the file named SEFCRI there is a sheet marked boatlog_initial and one marked boatlog_corrected. Can I delete the one marked as initial? Also, do I need to keep any of the other sheets in this file? The names of the sheets are confusing: LAt, Sheet4 and CoordPrn. Do they contain data that needs to be archived? If so, can you provide me with more detailed names for these sheets? And in the case of the CoordPrn sheet, I would need column headers, even though it looks like lonlat data.

2. I need your InPort records.

3. We require a data dictionary

4. Your abstract mentions photographs but the submission contains none. Would it be ok to remove this from your abstract?

5. We are going to add some data types to the submission package on our end to make it more complete.

6. Would it be ok to change the title? I was thinking something like the following will fit our guidelines a bit better: National Coral Reef Monitoring Program: Coral Reef Fish collected in Florida Keys Reef Tract from 2014-05-01 to 2014-10-01 (NCEI Accession 0156445).
