Lauren,
Thank you for reaching out. Yes please use 2017 - the "2015" is an error.

Thank you,
Vanessa

Hi Vanessa,
My name is Lauren Jackson, and from NCEI. I am archiving your dataset titled
"Benthic Epifauna Biomass and Abundance Data, Arctic Marine Biodiversity Observing
Network (AMBON) research cruise, August 2017". I have a quick question about some
information you added in the S2N form.
I am adding your use statement (please see below) to the discovery metadata so that
it appears on the geoportal landing page for this accession for users to see. I noticed
that you reference 2015 in the statement, and I wanted to double check that you intended
2015 as this dataset is from 2017 research cruises. Please let me know which date is
the correct one to use.

"Users of AMBON data are encouraged to cross-reference the AMBON master station list file
if attempting to spatially align or synthesize data across AMBON study disciplines. The
station masterlist contains information about the station identifiers, locations, and bottom
depth during the 2015 research cruise. At each station more than one observation or sample
type may have occurred by different AMBON researchers during which alternate station names
may have been applied."

Many thanks,
Lauren
