     File TABIO-96.OBS, station  02: Depths are reported in decreasing
     values from 101 meters to 2 meters.  Depths were resorted in
     increasing depths values.

     File Nor97-p1.obs, station 010: temperature values less than 1degC
     and salinity values greater than 39.000 below 728 meters.  All 
     levels below 727 meters were not archived.

     File AIO-1998.OBS, station  03: doubtful temperature and salinity
     values below 987 meters were not archived.

     File CRUCE416.OFQ, stations 016 and 017: Duplicate depth at 80
     meters seems to have the temperature and salinity values from
     station 015, depth 80 meters.  This problem appears in several
     files and stations - see also in the same file the values at 300
     meters station 013 that duplicate the values at 300 meters from
     station 012.

     File TODO-CF3.OBS, station 056: latitude 54326 changed to 53326
     to solve ship speed/location problem 

     Files Todovata-1-99.obs and TODOVATA-2-99.OBS contain identical
     data with dates two months apart.  Correction and replacement
     requested to CENDOC, but no reply was received.  It is unclear which
     file has the correct data.  Thus, these two files were not submitted to
     NODC.

     Files Todovata-1-99.obs and TODOVATA-2-99.OBS, stations 012, 046:
