Hi Melanie,
I have finished changing all of the erroneous bulletin dates from the
list that you supplied. There are 730 stations from 1998 that will appear as
replacements in the file that you will get Monday morning. All of the other
stations from the years 2001 to 2005 were sent to you early this week.
We were not able to reconstruct what happened in 1998, but the bug for
the later years has been found and corrected.

I did find one small problem. When I ran through our archive for 1998, I
found 11 more stations with bad bulletin dates than were in your file. I
have replaced these in our archive, but to try to avoid load problems at
your end, I have attached a file for you with these 11 stations instead of
including them in the replacement stream. Why they are not (?) in your DB is
a puzzle. The UFLAG is set to U.

Regards,
Don
