Subj: Transfer of Inner Front (Bering Sea inner shelf) "MOCNESS"
Zooplankton Data Set

Frank:

I have placed on the NODC anonymous ftp site, a total of 2
files. When opened, these files contain 1 data set, field period
1999, and it's associated metadata entry form (see below).
These data result from ongoing Inner Front, NSF funded studies.
These are the MOCNESS zooplankton taxon, species,
weights and counts data sets. An explanation of the "MOCNESS"
sampling net is found in the methods in the data file. These
data were received courtesy of Dr. Ken Coyle, Univ. of Alaska/IMS
and the IMS Database web server. These are "coastal ocean" data
sets.
