The NDBC archived data for December 2002 are available in archive 291
format on the NDBC ftp server in four files as shown below:

There were no new buoys deployed during the Month.  Three station had a
slight position change;

Buoy 41001 went adrift on 12/17/2002.  Great Lake Buoys 45005 and 45007 were
retrieved for the winter.   Buoy 46012 failed 12/15/2002 and Buoy 46027
failed 12/19/2002.  The C-MAN station PILA2 failed 12/12/2002.
