Dear Ruby,
Thanks for sending the CTD data collected by the Rainier.  They have been given NODC Accession Number 0000009.  Your message says there should be 3 files with extension AAa, but I could only find two files - 99323073.AAa and 99349100.AAa.  All 185 Rainier files are there.
