The folowing files are used byPublications :

• HTML files in /var/www/htdocs/publications

     1.index.html is the main page
     2.pselect.html allows you to perform search by year, title
       or author.

• CGI scripts in /var/www/cgi-bin/publications

     1.For the main search:
       searchall.cgi performs the start search
       nsearch.cgi performs the search for next set of matches
       psearch.cgi performs the search for previous set of matches

     2.For the search according to classes:
       pselect performs the start search
       npselect.cgi performs the search for next set of matches
       ppselect.cgi performs the search for previous set of matches
     
     3.fetch.cgi is used to fetch details about a individual record

    

• DATA file in /var/www/htdocs/publications/data

     1.pub.iso contains the data for publications
     2.isis.fdt is the field tag identification file

• To add new data to pub.iso use the following commands at the prompt

     1. cp pub.iso temp.iso
     2. cat newdata.iso temp.iso >pub.iso
     3. rm temp.iso
