Monthly Tropical Weather Summary...Corrected NWS Central Pacific Hurricane Center Honolulu HI

For the central North Pacific, between 140W and 180W:

There were 4 tropical cyclones in the central North Pacific basin during the month of September. Miriam 
was already in the basin after moving in from the east Pacific at the end of August.
Two more hurricanes entered the basin from the east Pacific during the month. The first tropical cyclone 
to develop in the central North Pacific since 2016, Walaka, was still active at the end of the month.
