Details/Specifics of Change:

In preparation for eventual transition to mode 6 operations, the GOES-16 and GOES-17 ABI will execute 72 hours of mode 6 operations
from 1500 UTC on February 19, 2019 until 1500 UTC on February 22, 2019. Mode 6 operations is a Full Disk every 10 minutes, CONUS
every 5 minutes, and 2 meso domains every minute (or 1 domain every 30 seconds). Users may request GOES-16 and GOES-17 MESO
coordinate changes as desired, however, users shall not request Flex Mode (mode 3) or Continuous Full Disk Mode (Mode 4) for GOES-16
nor GOES-17 during this test period.

GOES-16 and GOES-17 ABI will both return to Flex Mode (mode 3) at 1500 UTC on February 22, 2019.
