DESCRIPTION: 
Oxygen isotope and sediment composition data from Lake Chichancanab, Mexico.
The data are interpreted as a moisture balance proxy, and indicate drought
conditions in the years 800-1000 AD, corresponding to the collapse of the 
Classic Maya civilization.
