Björbo, Sweden - SWED305 Additional Site Information Torbjörn Axelson Purpose of Collection: Archaeology - crossdating logs of local historical interest This file is constructed from wood samples (Pinus Sylvestris) collected in different places around the small village Björbo i Dalarna, Sweden. It is both from growing trees and from buildings. According to geographical and cultural/economical circumstances I propose that all or nearly all trees also in the buildings comes from places closer than about 12 or 16 kilometers from the village, and between 200 and about 350 meters above sea level.
