This directory contains version 1 of the Radiosonde Atmospheric Temperature
Products for Assessing Climate (RATPAC).This version is no longer updated
and has been superseded by version 2 (see 
http://www1.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/ratpac/readme.txt).
The format of the version 1 files is the same as that of the version 2 files.
