NumberGood = A matrix showing how many of the original SST observations are valid prior to any gap-filling.
TSA_DHWMax = A matrix showing the maximum value at each TSA_DHW pixel
TSA_DHWMean = A matrix showing the mean value at each TSA_DHW pixel
TSA_DHWStandardDeviation = The standard deviation of frequency of sum of thermal stress anomalies
TSA_FrequencyMax = A matrix showing the maximum value at each TSA_Frequency pixel
TSA_FrequencyMean = A matrix showing the mean value at each TSA_Frequency pixel
TSA_FrequencyStandardDeviation = The standard deviation of frequency of thermal stress anomalies

TSA = Thermal Stress Anomalies (defined as SST minus Maximum of Weekly Mean Climatological SST)
TSA_DHW = Sum of thermal stress anomalies
TSA_Frequency = Frequency of Thermal Stress Anomalies >= 1 deg C over previous 52 weeks
