The CFS Reanalysis 6-Hourly Surface and Radiative Fluxes (FLX) product Period-of-Record _on this disk_ has been reduced from 1979-2011 to 1990-2011.
At the same time, the full PoR is still available on our new Web Accessible Folder for the product at:
https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/oa/prod-cfs-reanalysis/index.html#6-hourly-flux/
