Data Set Description: This is a subset of the Deep Sea Coral Research and Technology Program’s National Database. The data represent records of deepwater corals (primarily pennatulaceans) from benthic grab samples collected in National Coastal Assessment (NCA) Estuaries. These data were collected off the U.S. west coast between 1998 and 2003. Further information can be found at: https://archive.epa.gov/emap/archive-emap/web/html/index.html
