Data Set Description: This biological occurence dataset was provided by NOAA, Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuary to NOAA’s Deep-sea Coral Research and Technology Program. Observations were from the vessel(s), Velero IV R/V, using the platform(s): Delta DSR/V. Observation dates range from 2002-09-23 to 2003-09-15. Marine Ecoregions of the World (MEOW) explored include: Northern California. Localities explored include: Cordell Bank. Changes to the originally submitted dataset may have been made to conform to the standards of NOAA’s National Database for Deep-sea Corals and Sponges.
