Data Set Description: Coral and sponge observations submitted to NOAA’s Deep-sea Coral Research and Technology Program by the NOAA, Alaska Fisheries Science Center. These occurrence records are from video transects collected via drop camera aboard the R/V Oscar Dyson from June through August of 2019. Localities surveyed include: Gulf of Alaska (GOA): Bamabas, GOA: Chiniak, GOA: Marmot, GOA: Shelf, Sanak, Shelikof Strait, and Shumagin.
