Data Set Description: This biological occurence dataset was provided by NOAA, Alaska Fisheries Science Center; NOAA, Northwest Fisheries Science Center to NOAA’s Deep-sea Coral Research and Technology Program. Observations were from the vessel(s), Sea Storm R/V; Alaska Provider; Ocean Explorer; Gladiator F/V; Vesteraalen; Miller Freeman; Morning Star F/V; Reuben Lasker FSV, using the platform(s): NA; Yogi ROV. Observation dates range from 1996-11-15 to 2023-06-02. Marine Ecoregions of the World (MEOW) explored include: Gulf of Alaska; Aleutian Islands; North American Pacific Fijordland; Eastern Bering Sea; Oregon, Washington, Vancouver Coast and Shelf; Northern California; Southern California Bight. Localities explored include: Gulf of Alaska; Aleutian Islands; eastern Bering Sea; Oregon; Santa Lucia Bank, California; Cordell South, California; Cabrillo Canyon EFHCA, California; Windfarm West, California; South Santa Cruz Island, California; Catalina Basin, California.
