Title: Eastward and northward components of ocean current, water temperature time series at depth of 340m data collected from mooring M1 in the Prydz Bay, Antarctica from 2012-02-08 to 2013-03-20 (NCEI Accession 0173517)
Abstract: This dataset includes ocean currents and temperature time series (every 24 minutes) collected by a current meter at 340m as part of the mooring (M1) deployed on the shelf (545m) in the Prydz Bay (67.20475S and 72.00696E). The mooring was deployed during the 2012 February CHINARE28 cruise and recovered during the 2013 March CHINARE29 cruise by the R/V Xue Long. Data collected as a part of US/Chinese Collaborative Study: Investigation of Bottom Water Formation in Prydz Bay, Antarctica. Data file format is plain text.
