| Abstract: | This dataset includes biological, chemical, and other data collected aboard the R/V Savannah during cruise SAV-10-03 in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2010-02-26 to 2010-02-27. These data include CONDUCTIVITY, CURRENT SPEED - EAST/WEST COMPONENT (U), CURRENT SPEED - NORTH/SOUTH COMPONENT (V), DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, course over ground, irradiance, and speed over ground. The instruments used to collect these data include ADCP, CTD, GPS, PAR Sensor, fluorometer, and oxygen sensor. These data were collected by Carol Pride of Skidaway Institute of Oceanography as part of Student Cruise (OEDG). The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. A suite of navigation products produced by the Rolling Deck to Repository program is included in this accession, which include one high resolution, one 1 minute resolution, and one low resolution coordinate file. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data. The ADCP data represent the raw dataset. Post processed quality assessed data are not available in this accession. |
