The Ocean Archive System searches our original datasets as they were submitted to us, not individual points or profiles. If you want to search and retrieve ocean profiles in a common format, or objectively analyzed fields, your better option may be to use one of our project applications. See: Access Data

Title: Physical trajectory profile data from glider ru30 deployed by Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey; Center for Ocean Observing Leadership (RU COOL) in the Mid-Atlantic Bight from 2018-05-02 to 2018-05-22 (NCEI Accession 0239023)
Abstract: This project integrated a deep rated version of the Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistor (ISFET)-based pH sensor, the Deep ISFET pH, into a Slocum Webb G2 glider. The pH sensor unit is complemented with existing glider sensors including a CTD, a WETLabs BB2FL ECO puck configured for simultaneous chlorophyll fluorescence and optical backscatter measurements, and an Aanderaa Optode for measuring dissolved oxygen. This cross shelf New Jersey glider deployment is occurring on the Rutgers E-line.

The National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) received the data in this archival package from the Integrated Ocean Observing System's National Glider Data Assembly Center (IOOS NGDAC). The IOOS NGDAC received the data in one or more netCDF files comprising an entire glider deployment. The data are measurements of physical oceanographic properties such as temperature, salinity, conductivity, and density. The IOOS NGDAC checked the files for compliance to their netCDF file convention, aggregated the files into a single netCDF file, and then submitted the file to NCEI for long-term preservation.
