The Ocean Archive System searches our original datasets as they were submitted to us, not individual points or profiles. If you want to search and retrieve ocean profiles in a common format, or objectively analyzed fields, your better option may be to use one of our project applications. See: Access Data

Title: Biological, chemical, and other data collected aboard the R/V Atlantis during cruise AT42-10 in the North Pacific Ocean from 2019-04-28 to 2019-05-09 (NCEI Accession 0285379)
Abstract: This dataset includes biological, chemical, and other data collected aboard the R/V Atlantis during cruise AT42-10 in the North Pacific Ocean from 2019-04-28 to 2019-05-09. These data include Attenuation/Transmission, CONDUCTIVITY, CURRENT SPEED - EAST/WEST COMPONENT (U), CURRENT SPEED - NORTH/SOUTH COMPONENT (V), DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, course over ground, speed over ground, surface irradiance, and turbidity. The instruments used to collect these data include ADCP, CTD, GPS, PAR Sensor, bathythermograph - XBT, echo sounder, fluorometer, oxygen sensor, and transmissometer. These data were collected by Jeffrey Drazen of The University of Hawai'i System, and by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution as part of Assessing the relative importance of small vs large particles as sources of nutrition to abyssal communities. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program.

A suite of navigation products produced by the Rolling Deck to Repository program is included in this accession, which include one high resolution, one 1 minute resolution, and one low resolution coordinate file. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data. The ADCP data represent the raw dataset. Post processed quality assessed data are not available in this accession.
