This dataset includes physical and profile data collected aboard the RV Nathaniel B. Palmer during cruise NBP0505 in the South Pacific Ocean from 2005-06-23 to 2005-07-14. These data include CONDUCTIVITY, SALINITY, and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bathythermograph - XBT. These data were collected by John Anderson of Rice University, and by Raytheon Polar Services Company as part of Controls on Sediment Yields from Tidewater Glaciers from Patagonia to Antarctica. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. |
