Title: ODYSSEA Global High Resolution Foundation Sea Surface Temperature Analysis, daily, 10km resolution for 2009-02-17 (NCEI Accession 0052292)
Abstract: The ODYSSEA Global Sea Surface Temperature is produced at Ifremer/CERSAT. It provides a daily cloud-free global field of foundation sea surface temperature at 10km resolution (0.1 degree) over the full globe. It is generated by merging all available satellite sensors for sea surface temperature (micro-wave and infra-red), after careful intercalibration using AATSR sensor as reference (previously re-calibrated using all available in situ data). The development of the global real-time sea surface temperature at Ifremer/CERSAT is supported by European Commission (GMES framework) initially in the frame of MERSEA project.
