The originator's bathythermograph (BT and XBT) data was submitted in a tape by Dr. Adolfo J. G. Villanueva. The data has been converted and is now available on line in C116 file format of NODC. |

The design of the database did not exactly reflect the FGDC Content Standard for Digital Geospatial Metadata (CSDGM).
