Temperature profiles were collected from XBT casts from a World-Wide distribution from MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. Data were collected by the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory from 18 December 2002 to 27 November 2003. Data were collected in support of the Global Temperature-Salinity Pilot Project (GTSPP), and the NOAA Shipboard Environmental Data Acquisition System Program (SEAS). |
