| Abstract: | NCEI Accession 0157622 includes biological, chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from FAIRWEATHER and POINT SUR in the Columbia River estuary - Washington/Oregon, Gulf of the Farallones National Marine Sanctuary, Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, North Pacific Ocean and Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary from 2013-08-03 to 2013-08-29. These data include AMMONIUM (NH4), CARBON - CARBONATE, CHLOROPHYLL A, DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON (DIC), DISSOLVED OXYGEN, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, NITRATE, NITRITE, SALINITY, TOTAL ALKALINITY (TA), WATER TEMPERATURE, pH, phosphate and silicate. The instruments used to collect these data include Alkalinity titrator, CTD, Coulometer for DIC measurement, bottle and spectrophotometer. These data were collected by Richard A. Feely, Simone R. Alin, Gregory C. Johnson and Dana Greeley of US DOC; NOAA; OAR; Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory and Robert H. Byrne of University of South Florida as part of the WCOA2013 data set.
