Abstract: This dataset includes navigational data collected aboard the SSV ROBERT C. SEAMANS during cruise S223 in the North Pacific Ocean and South Pacific Ocean from 2009-05-08 to 2009-06-12. These data include LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, course over ground and speed over ground. The instruments used to collect these data include GPS. These data were collected by Jan Witting of Sea Education Association as part of Student Semester Cruise. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program.

A suite of navigation products produced by the Rolling Deck to Repository program is included in this accession, which include one high resolution, one 1 minute resolution, and one low resolution coordinate file.
