Title: Water temperature and derived water turbulence quantities measured by chipod thermistor chain on the Prediction and Research Moored Array in the Tropical Atlantic, PIRATA, at 0N,23W from 2005-09-23 to 2017-12-31 (NCEI Accession 0191358)
Abstract: This dataset contains water temperature and derived turbulence quantities inferred from spectral scaling of fast thermistor chain data. These variables were measured in situ with chipod instruments mounted onto a mooring line from the Prediction and Research Moored Array in the Tropical Atlantic, PIRATA, at 0N,23W. The data spans 2005-09-23 to 2017-12-31, with gaps, and at 21, 30, 35, 50, 65, and 81 m depth. Data are in NetCDF.
