Title: MBNEP Fowl River Marsh Study at DISL (2018-05-01 to 2018-07-11) (NCEI Accession 0202224)
Abstract: This component of the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program (MBNEP) marsh study focused on salinity dynamics due to the potential ecosystem implications associated with changing salinity exposure on marsh platform vegetation in Fowl River. To understand how Fowl River and the associated land spits are changing temporally and spatially, time series data were collected during the selected study period (May 1- July 11, 2018) from four monitoring stations within the system in order to support the ecological and biogeochemical sampling.
