| Abstract: | RF14-01 cruise was carried out during the period from January to March, 2014. Hydrographic observation was made using a Sea-Bird Electronics (SBE) 36 position carousel equipped with 10-liter Niskin water sample bottles, a CTD system (SBE911plus) equipped with JFE Advantech oxygen sensor (RINKO III) along longitude 149 degree East. Water samples were analyzed for salinity, dissolved oxygen and nutrients. Current data was measured by Teledyne RDI's vessel-mounted ADCP system（38kHz Ocean Surveyor）. |
