Title: Implementing the Florida Keys Coral Disease Response & Restoration Initiative: Number of coral outplants and survivorship by species from 2021-01-01 to 2021-12-31 (NCEI Accession 0259346)
Abstract: This dataset consist of a spreadsheet containing 10,000 coral outplants and the survivorship over time, including but not limited to species Acropora cervicornis, Acropora palmata, Orbicella faveolata, Pseudodiploria clivosa and Montastraea cavernosa. These corals were outplanted under the second year of the initiative by Mote Marine Laboratory, from 2021-01-01 to 2021-12-31 located in the Florida Keys. Mote Marine Laboratory continues to monitor each outplant one month post-outplant event, one year, three year and five years to monitor the survivorship of corals over time. As these coral species were outplanted in 2021, not all of the data included is from 2021 as the survivorship data go into 2022.
