Title: Implementing the Florida Keys Coral Disease Response & Restoration Initiative: Number of coral outplants and survivorship by species from 2023-01-01 to 2023-12-31 (NCEI Accession 0290190)
Abstract: This dataset consist of a spreadsheet containing 5,107 coral outplants, including but not limited to species Acropora cervicornis, Acropora palmata, Orbicella faveolata, Pseudodiploria clivosa and Montastraea cavernosa. These outplant data took place under the fourth year of the initiative by Mote Marine Laboratory, from 2023-01-01 to 2023-12-31 located in the Florida Keys. Mote Marine Laboratory continues to monitor each outplant one month post-outplant event, one year, three year and five years to monitor the survivorship of corals. As these coral species were outplanted in 2023, not all of the data is from 2023 as the survivorship data go into 2024.
