Title: Eastern oyster larva exposed to mutliple drivers of aragonite undersaturation from 2021-04-29 to 2021-05-21 (NCEI Accession 0300468)
Abstract: This dataset contains the laboratory experimental larval data on the eastern oyster, Crassostrea virginica. The laboratory experiment took place April 29, 2021 at the Milford Laboratory in Milford, CT. Treatment conditions included two carbon dioxide levels, two temperature levels, and two salinity levels in a full factorial design. Larval development and growth was measured until 22 days post fertilization. Respiration rates and gene expression were also collected at 24 hours post fertilization and 22 days post fertilization. This effort was conducted in support of the research objectives of the NOAA Ocean and Great Lakes Acidification Research Plan of 2020-2029.
