Abstract: |
This dataset integrates satellite, modeled, and in situ oceanographic and biological data from Todos Santos Bay, Baja California, Mexico, within the southern California Current System, spanning 2010–2022. Variables include sea surface temperature (SST), chlorophyll-a (CHL), absolute dynamic topography anomalies (ADTa), upwelling indices (Bakun and BEUTI), and in situ phytoplankton abundance and taxonomy. Monthly anomalies were calculated for SST, CHL, ADTa, BEUTI, and Bakun using a 2000–2022 climatological baseline. In situ phytoplankton data were collected on three dates in 2020 and 2021 using the Utermöhl method. The dataset supports studies of physical-biological coupling and climate-driven variability in eastern boundary upwelling systems |
