Title: Underway meteorological and physical data collected by NOAA Ship OREGON II in the Gulf of Mexico from 2007-06-11 to 2007-08-04 (NCEI Accession 0032051)
Abstract: This dataset contains real-time underway meteorological and physical data logged by the Scientific Computer System (SCS) aboard NOAA Ship Oregon II in the Gulf of Mexico from 2007-06-11 to 2007-08-04. Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) personnel aboard the ship submitted these data and associated metadata to the National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC). As part of the NOAA Shipboard Sensor Data Acquisition (NSSDAC) project, OMAO submits a standard suite of underway oceanographic and meteorological data collected during each cruise of a NOAA ship with SCS.
