| Abstract: | Primary Productivity Data collected during International Decade of Ocean Exploration / Coastal Upwelling Ecosystems Analysis (IDOE/CUEA) program by University of Washington, Department of Oceanography, Seattle. The data was collected between March 8-May 25, 1974 from ATLANTIS II in NE Atlantic (limit-40 W). Data includes sample depth, enzyme nitrate reductase, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, silicate, phosphate, chlorophyll A, phaeophytin, particulate carbon, ATP carbon, radioactive carbon uptake, carbon ecretion, particulate nitrogen, nitrate uptake velocity, ammonia uptake velocity, rho ammonia, electron transport system, particle counts, particle area and particle volume measurements. The data format information is available in the data documentation form submitted to NODC. Principal Investigator for this study was Dr. Richard C. Dugdale. CUAE data originally submitted on tapes has been converted to current NODC storage format. |
