Title: WATER TEMPERATURE and other data from J. W. POWELL and GYRE in the Gulf of Mexico from 1994-11-18 to 1994-12-06 (NODC Accession 9500026)
Abstract: The water depth and temperature data was collected in Gulf of Mexico from ships GYRE and J. W. POWELL as part of Ship Of Opportunity Programme (SOOP) and Texas Institutions Gulf Ecosystem Research Program. The data was collected from October 9, 1994 to December 6, 1994. The originator's bathythermograph (XBT) data was submitted on two diskettes by Dr. Edward Webb of Texas A&M University, College Station, TX.

Supplementary information: Note: Metadata for this accession were extracted from a legacy database
