This water temperature and salinity profile data set is a product from the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) used to compare contemporaneous XBT and CTD casts. The data were collected aboard the Australian ships Aurora Australis, Franklin, and Southern Surveyor in the Indian Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and surrounding seas of Australia, between 9 January 1986 and 29 January 2011. |
