Title: Underway physical and meteorological data collected by NOAA Ship GORDON GUNTER in the North Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico during the Caribbean Humpback Whale Survey from 2004-01-15 to 2004-03-13 (NCEI Accession 0001417)
Abstract: This dataset contains real-time underway physical and meteorological data logged by the Scientific Computer System (SCS) aboard NOAA Ship Gordon Gunter in the North Pacific Ocean and Gulf of Mexico from 2004-01-15 to 2004-03-12. Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) personnel aboard the ship submitted these data and associated metadata to the National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC). As part of the NOAA Shipboard Sensor Data Acquisition (NSSDAC) project, OMAO submits a standard suite of underway oceanographic and meteorological data collected during each cruise of a NOAA ship with SCS.
