Title: Oceanographic and surface meteorological data collected from station DISL-BSCA by Dauphin Island Sea Lab (DISL) and assembled by Gulf of America Coastal Ocean Observing System (GCOOS) in the Coastal Waters of Alabama, Coastal Waters of Gulf of America, and Gulf of America from 2010-09-01 to 2025-09-30 (NCEI Accession 0163204)
Abstract: This dataset contains oceanographic and surface meteorological data collected by Dauphin Island Sea Lab (DISL) from their in-situ moored station DISL-BSCA, BSCA - Station Bon Secour, LA (BSCA1), in the Coastal Waters of Alabama, Coastal Waters of Gulf of America, and Gulf of America. The data files are in netCDF format, following the Climate and Forecast metadata convention (CF) and the Attribute Convention for Data Discovery (ACDD). GCOOS, which assembles data from Dauphin Island Sea Lab (DISL) and other sub-regional coastal and ocean observing systems of the Gulf of America coastal United States, submitted the data to NCEI as part of the Integrated Ocean Observing System Data Assembly Centers (IOOS DACs) Data Stewardship Program.
