Abstract: This dataset contains the delayed mode version of oceanographic profile data collected aboard the CCGS Alfred Needler during cruise 18NE12427 in the Labrador Sea and North Atlantic Ocean from 2012-11-15 to 2012-11-26. The data types present in this accession include AIR TEMPERATURE, BAROMETRIC PRESSURE, CHLOROPHYLL, CHLOROPHYLL A, DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DEPTH - SENSOR, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, SWELL DIRECTION, SWELL HEIGHT, SWELL PERIOD, WATER TEMPERATURE, WAVE HEIGHT, WAVE PERIOD, WEATHER, WIND DIRECTION, WIND SPEED, and cloud amount/frequency. The instruments used to collect these data include SBE 19 and SBE 25 CTD and bathythermograph - EBT. These data were collected by Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre, and submitted by Mathieu Ouellet of Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada; Marine Environmental Data Section.
