Title: Underway meteorological data from NOAA Ship OSCAR DYSON in the North Pacific, Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska from 2007-05-03 to 2007-05-31 (NCEI Accession 0019732)
Abstract: This dataset contains real-time underway meteorological data logged by the Scientific Computer System (SCS) aboard NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson in the Gulf of Alaska, North Pacific Ocean, and Bering Sea from 2007-05-03 to 2007-05-31. Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) personnel aboard the ship submitted these data and associated metadata to the National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC). As part of the NOAA Shipboard Sensor Data Acquisition (NSSDAC) project, OMAO submits a standard suite of underway oceanographic and meteorological data collected during each cruise of a NOAA ship with SCS.
