| Abstract: | This dataset contains biological, chemical, optical, and physical data collected on R/V Connecticut and R/V Tioga during cruises CT2015-01, CT2015-04, CT2016-01, CT2016-02, CT2018-01, CT2018-02, CT2019-01, CT2019-02, CT2019-03, TI661, TI667, TI670, TI672, TI677, TI747, TI751, TI758, TI762, TI813, TI817, TI972, and TI978 in the Bay of Fundy and North Atlantic Ocean from 2013-04-28 to 2019-08-12. These data include Ammonium, SiOH_4, conductivity, depth, dissolved Oxygen, fluorescence, nitrate plus nitrite, pH, salinity from CTD, sigma-t, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD Sea-Bird 911, Niskin bottle, Pressure Sensor, Seapoint Turbidity Meter, and WETLabs WETStar fluorometer. These data were collected by Bruce Keafer and Dennis J. McGillicuddy of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution as part of the "WHCOHH - Physiological and behavioral plasticity in harmful algal bloom dynamics: variation across different habitats (WHCOHH Algal Bloom Dynamics)" project and "Woods Hole Center for Oceans and Human Health (WHCOHH)" program. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2021-05-04.
